We report a study of the energy spectra of protons emitted in the reactions p+Xe..-->..kp+... at 2.34 GeV/c (k = 1--9) and ..pi../sup -/+Xe..-->..kp+... at 9 GeV/c (k = 1--17). An indication is obtained of the existence of a unified description of these spectra in the form of an exponential dependence of the invariant cross sections on the kinetic energy regardless of the proton-emission angle. It is observed that the ''temperature'' of the proton-emission spectra does not depend on the frequency of proton emission, beginning with an energy approx.3 GeV of the hadron producing the reaction.
