Estimate of the inelastic channel neutron radiative capture cross sections

A formalism to calculate the resonance-averaged inelastic channel radiative neutron capture cross sections is presented. The relative contribution of these cross sections in the predicted total (n,..gamma..) cross sections is estimated for a number of nuclei.
