The resistance, internal friction and modulus of high T/sub c/ superconductor YBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7-{delta}/ were measured in-situ in 80-300 {Kappa}. Two obvious peaks of internal frictions were observed about T/sub c/. On account of character of peaks, it is suggested that these two peaks are associated with the electronic relaxation between Cu/sup 3+/ and Cu/sup 2+/. The peak and anomalies of Young's modulus observed in the range between 160 {Kappa} and 280 {Kappa} may be related to the adjustment of deficiency of oxygen.
