Technical Report
·
OSTI ID:562703
The purpose of this report is to observe any present energy usage by the USDB and consider opportunities to conserve energy. The report details evaluation of various Energy Conservation Opportunities (ECO) to determine their feasibility. The report also includes programming or implementation documentation for those ECOs considered feasible. Any ECO having a Savings to Investment Ratio (SlR) greater than one is considered feasible. If the ECO had a SIR greater than one and a simple payback less than 10 years it was considered for Energy Conservation Investment Program (ECIP) funding.
