Spectrometer module on line with elektronika D3-28 microcomputer

This paper describes a spectrometer module under control of a D3-28 microcomputer. The module is designed for operation with semiconductor surface-barrier detectors. The amplification factor and discrimination threshold are set by digital code. The spectrometer signal is converted by an 8-bit ADC. The effective number of conversion channels is 2295. The module is designed to enhance the microcomputer-based 10 channel nuclear-physics data acquisition and processing system designed for recording the charged products of nuclear reactions in the energy range of 0.2-20.5 MeV.
