Corrosion inhibitors for treating injection water are described. The corrosion inhibiting compositions for flooding waters are blends of (1) 90 to 20% of the reaction product of an organic amine and an aliphatic monohydric alcohol-epichlorohydrin reaction product; (2) 10 to 80% of a polyoxyalkylated (oxyethylene or both oxyethylene and oxypropylene) organic carboxylic acid having 8 to 36 carbons and 1 to 2 carboxyl groups; and (3) 1 to 10% of free fatty acids having 8 to 36 carbon atoms.
