Senate Bill S.2623 (A Bill to Provide for Increased Petroleum Production in the United States Through the Use of Incentives for Tertiary Recovery Processes) and S.2999 (A Bill to Amend Non-Nuclear Energy Research and Development Act of 1974, and for Other Purposes) are discussed.
