General projective relativity and the scalar-tensor gravitational field

The general projective relativity is based on the De Sitter universe, and the local curvature is described by the generalized Einstein equations. As a particular case, we obtain the equations of the scalar-tensor gravitational field, which ate similar to the Brans-Dicke equations.
