Note on surface terms and dual formulations of gauge theories

We supplement a previous paper by the following observation. For a Yang-Mills theory a duality transformation can be found such that self-duality is maintained even if surface terms originating in the duality transformation itself are not discarded. This particular duality transformation involves a specific adjustment of a certain parameter.
