The SAndia LOGic Simulator Version 4 (SALOGS-4) is an evolutionary development in logic simulation. A user of the code can determine the response of a digital circuit with very good accuracy and with an economical expenditure of computer time. Most digital circuits are easily modeled using either basic building block gates or functional elements. Input signals to drive the network are generated and simulation is controlled by means of a language called Simulation Control Language (SCL).
