This sampling and analysis plan presents the rationale and strategy for radiological surveys and the sampling and analysis activities proposed in support of Phase III of the 105-F/105-DR Interim Safe Storage Project. The purpose of the proposed surveys and sampling and analysis activities is the characterization of the Phase III below-grade structures and underlying soils to support their verification of cleanup levels and disposition of decontamination and decommissioning wastes.
