The Natural Gas Committee has subdivided its annual report for 1982 in divisions which highlight work done by the Production, Pipeline, and Distribution Subcommittees. Each Subcommittee further divides its activities into the 1982 developments in the areas of legislation, judiciary, and administration. Highlights include the upholding of the constitutionality of the Natural Gas Policy Act; the initiation of two new important rulemaking proceedings; and judicial action to implement the incremental pricing rule. 140 references.
