X-ray calibration: Techniques, sources and detectors

This book compiles the papers presented at the conference on the subject of ''x-ray calibration, techniques, source and detectors.'' Variations of radiation sources as extreme ultraviolet radiation, synchrotron radiation, solar radiation, laser radiation, tokamak devices are mentioned with radiation detector technology. Calibration techniques and optimization of spectrometry and microscopy is also discussed. Ionization chambers and beam optics, crystals fabrication and properties are also briefly discussed.
