Using a statistics of 73 000 {gamma} rays, we have studied the inclusive production of {gamma} rays and {pi}{sup 0} mesons in {ital {bar p}p} interactions at 32 GeV/{ital c}. The data were obtained with the liquid hydrogen bubble chamber Mirabelle. We present estimates of the cross sections for production of {gamma} rays, {pi}{sup 0}, {omega}{sup 0}, and {eta}{sup 0} mesons, and {Sigma}{sup 0}({bar {Sigma}}{sup 0}) hyperons, and we have obtained some indications of the existence of additional {gamma}-ray sources. The {gamma}-ray distributions in the longitudinal and transverse variables are compared with the data of {ital {bar p}p} experiments at other energies. We carry out a comparison of the production characteristics of neutral and charged pions.
