The proposed regulations were published in the Federal Register on June 14, 1979. The programs covered by these regulations include: the Hazardous Waste Management Program; the Underground Injection Control Program; the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System; Dredge or Fill Program; and the Prevention of significant Deterioration Program.
