The nation's largest community solar greenhouse was constructed in Cheyenne, WY by community volunteers. The greenhouse was constructed in three sections with a $42,700 grant from the Community Services Administration s Community Food and Nutrition Program. The greenhouse has an insulated foundation and earth berming. A greywater recovery system, a methane digester, and a composting operation were also incorporated into the greenhouse. Participation and professional services offered during the construction and workshop are discussed.
