Pion double charge exchange on [sup nat]Se

Pion-induced double charge exchange ([pi][sup +],[pi][sup [minus]]) on a target of [sup nat]Se has been investigated at a laboratory angle of 5[degree] and incident kinetic energies of 132, 166, and 294 MeV. Cross sections (and limits) have been extracted for the various ground-state transitions. The double isobaric analog state and several other excited states are also observed.
