Dependence of the rate of thermal treatment of coal-polymer blanks on the heat of transition of a polymer with a cross-linked structure into coke

The heats of transition of a number of polymeric binders from a crosslinked structure into a coke structure are given. It has been shown that with an increase in the degree of crosslinkage of the polymer the heat of its transition to the coke structure decreases. The time of thermal treatment of coal-graphite-polymer blanks has been determined on the basis of the values for the heats of transition of polymeric binders from a cross-structure into a coke structure. 13 refs.
