The charge symmetry experiment my collaborators and I are carrying out at IUCF involves elastic scattering in the n-p system at 183 MeV. In the experiment we measure three observables, the analyzing power (A), the spin correlation normal to the scattering plane (C{sub NN}) and a charge symmetry observable, related to the difference between the analyzing power measured with the protons polarized and the analyzing power measured with neutrons polarized, ({Delta}A). This charge symmetry measurement, unlike the recent TRIUMF measurement, consist of an angular distribution. I will report on the recent progress toward completing the measurements. I will also present new high precision results for the analyzing power and spin correlation, from data obtained in the fall of 1987 and the summer of 1988, and compare them to current phase shift solutions and meson exchange models.
