The first bill, S. 641, would provide for the relief of the city of Minot, North Dakota. S. 641 was introduced by Senator Burdick and is cosponsored by the vice chairman of this subcommittee, Senator Conrad. The second bill would amend the Reclamation Authorization Act of 1976 to increase the authorization ceiling on the Oroville-Tonasket project in Washington State.
