FERC given range of electric transmission pricing options

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission will not be shaping a new wholesale electric transmission pricing policy in an information vacuum. In fact, it would seem that almost everyone connected with the electric utility industry has something to say about it. This article describes the proposals for transmission pricing that FERC received from industry, regulators, and consumer organizations.
