The development of dislocation substructure in deformed Niobium - 10 at.% Vanadium alloy with and without Hydrogen is described as a function of Hydrogen concentration, temperature of deformation and grain size of the material. Further, observations of crack propagation in this alloy in-situ in a tensile stage are presented to show the possible influence of Hydrogen on embrittlement.
