Relativistic perturbation theory with a model-potential (RPTMP) is used to calculate the first 72 excited energy levels of Ne-like ions, 1s{sup 2}2s{sup 2}2p{sup 5}3l, 1s{sup 2}2s{sup 2}2p{sup 5}4l, 1s{sup 2}2s2p{sup 6}3l, 1s{sup 2}2s2p{sup 6}4l (l = 0-2), and also to calculate the probabilities for E1, M1, E2, M2, E3, M3, M4 radiative decay of these stages to the ground state. Excitations to the n = 3 shell are studied for all ions in the range Z = 27-92, and excitations into the n = 4 shell are included up to Z = 66; energy levels and transition probabilities are tabulated. Revised energy levels of Na-like and F-like ions in the range Z = 27-92 are also listed.
