Title: Dynamical violation of the OZI rule and [ital G] parity in the decays of heavy quarkonia

The branching ratios of the decays of the states [psi](3770) and [Upsilon](10580) into [pi][sup +][pi][sup [minus]],[ital K[bar K]],[omega][pi][sup 0],[omega][eta],[omega][eta][prime],[rho][pi],[rho][eta],[rho][eta][prime], [ital K][sup *][bar K]+[l brace]m c.c.[r brace], [rho][sup +][rho][sup [minus]],[ital K][sup *] [ital [bar K]][sup *] are evaluated. They proceed via real intermediate states [ital D[bar D]] and [ital B[bar B]], respectively. The sum of calculated branching ratios is 4[times]10[sup [minus]3] and 5[times]10[sup [minus]3], respectively, assuming the quark-antiquark content of the [psi](3770) and [Upsilon](10580). The cited values exceed corresponding three-gluon branching ratios by an order of magnitude. The study of the above decays at the [tau][minus]charm and [ital B] factories would permit us to obtain new valuable information about the [ital D[bar D]] [[ital B[bar B]]] interaction near threshold and, in particular, to solve the problem of whether the state [psi](3770) [[Upsilon](10580)] is a [ital D[bar D]] [[ital B[bar B]]] molecule. The intensities of the decays [psi](4040)[r arrow][ital D][sub [ital s][bar D][ital s]][r arrow][ital cphi][eta]([eta][prime]), [psi](3770)[r arrow][ital D[bar D]][r arrow][ital J]/[psi](1[ital S])+[pi][sup 0]([eta]), and [Upsilon](10580)[r arrow][ital B[bar B]][r arrow][Upsilon](1[ital S])+[pi][sup 0]([eta]) are also evaluated.
