The authors describe the polarized proton and antiproton beams up to 200 GeV/c in the Fermilab MP beam line which is currently operational. They also present the Fermilab polarized beam program using this facility. These Fermilab polarization projects are designated as E-581/704 initiated and carried out by an international collaboration.
