Test 67 was conducted during November. Over 14 days of self-sustained operation were achieved, including 6 hours of operation at a 3 ton/hr feed rate and at char conversions exceeding 85 percent. The test was eventually terminated because of problems in transferring char from the second-stage gasifier to the steam-oxygen gasifier.
