Users, dealers rap Leland EMS service

Leland Energy Corporation's customers claim the company gives inadequate service for its energy-management systems and hires unqualified dealers because of the firm's focus on marketing rather than service. A Leland spokesman concedes the poor background of company dealers and representatives, but more technical and sales training is underway. Users rated Leland 18th in a list of 19 firms in a survey.
