Component composition of a concentrate of aliphatic acids isolated from the water-soluble products of a brown-coal oxidate
The component composition of a concentrate of aliphatic acids isolated from a brown-coal oxidate has been studied by the chromato-mass spectrometric method. It is shown that the substances investigated from the fractions isolated from the water-soluble products of an oxidate of humic coal are intermediate oxygen-containing compounds in the process of the oxidation of aliphatic and alicyclic structures of the organic matter of coals. A connection is found between the amount of aliphatic and aromatic structures in the oxidation products of humic coals and their petrographic compositions. The possible routes are considered of the formation of intermediate oxygen-containing compounds of the aliphatic and alicyclic series in the process of oxidizing coals.
