Effects of temperature and ethanol concentration on the maintenance and yield coefficient of Zymomonas mobilis

This study was undertaken to obtain data on the maintenance of Z. mobilis strain ATCC 10988. The cultures were grown in a defined minimum medium under glucose limitation. The effects of temperature, glucose concentration and growth rates were studied on these parameters. 17 references
