25-channel time-to-digit converter

This paper describes a 25-channel time-to-digit converter for measurement of time delays of particles in extensive air showers of cosmic rays. The range of time-interval measurement is 150 nsec to 6.4 ..mu..sec. The measurement accuracy is 3.8 nsec for an integral nonlinearity of ca 0.1%. The temperature bability is 2.10/sup -4/ h/sup -1/.
