Oiltanking of Texas Inc. has completed its crude-oil terminal and pipeline on the Houston ship channel. The facilities, which will move Alaskan and imported crude to U.S. refineries, include three docks, a crude-storage capacity of more than 1 million bbl, and a 16 mi network of 24 in. pipelines.
