Proton conduction was studied in KTaO/sub 3/ conductors, and the H/sup +/ D/sup +/ isotope effect determined. Dielectric relaxation peaks were discovered in Er/sup 3 +/ and Y/sup 3 +/-doped MnF/sub 2/. (DLC)
