By investigating the physiochemical and electrophysical properties of the solid solutions obtained when tellurides of bismuth lanthanides interact, the authors investigate the possibility of their use in low energy devices. Charts present data on the phase diagrams as studied under complex methods of physiochemical analysis, and data for varying compositions of the substances showing the dependence of thermoelectric power and electrical conductivity on temperature. The authors conclude that all the alloys from the region of solid solutions have p-type conduction.
