Conference · · Trans. Am. Nucl. Soc.; (United States)
OSTI ID:5042745

The Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) has developed an accreditation program for the purpose of assisting INPO member utilities in developing training programs that will produce well-qualified competent personnel to operate the nation's nuclear power plants. The goals of the accreditation program are presented as a set of performance objectives and criteria. The purpose of the work was to develop a computerized data base management system on a microcomputer that would assist a utility's training department in meeting some of the performance objectives of the INPO accreditation program.
