Periodicity of change of properties in actinide and lanthanide series

The authors observe a regularity of the change of physicochemical properties in actinide and lanthanide series for a change of the oxidation state of the element and electron transfer. The regularity is formulated then illustrated. The values of the valence in compounds of cerium, samarium, europium, ytterbium, thulium, and uranium with mixed valence change in relation to the atomic number in accordance with the formulated regularity.
