Five hyperfine components of the N = 1..-->..0 rotational transition of C/sub 4/H have been detected toward the dust cloud TMC-1. Using these and previously published data, rotation, spin-rotation, and hyperfine constants have been determined for the molecule. An upper limit is presented for the intensity of the strongest component in IRC+10/sup 0/216.
