Full-symmetry and mixed-symmetry states in sup 110,112,114 Cd

An analysis of low-lying collective states in {sup 110,112,114}Cd has been performed within the framework of the interacting proton-neutron boson model. The influence of model parameters on level schemes and electromagnetic properties has been investigated, in particular, as far as the breaking of {ital F}-spin symmetry is concerned. The 2{sub 3}{sup +} state is suggested as a relatively pure {ital F}={ital F}{sub max}{minus}1 ( mixed-symmetry'') state in the three isotopes.
