Tests under abnormal operating conditions (in French)

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4937758

From meeting of the Euratom working group on irradiation devices; Saclay, France (24 May 1973). The test reactor Pegase possesses a number of independently operating loops (having different characteristics) which, when used in conjunction with the appropriate irradiation facility, enable tests to be performed on fuel elements of various types of reactors. Particularly interesting are applications in determining limiting conditions, and studying safety margins and operation under abnormal conditions. Tests effected on fuels for graphite-gas, HTR, and fast neutron reactors are presented. (auth)
