From international cooperation in reactor material and nuclear fuels conference; Paris, France (2 Mar 1973). The necessity of international cooperation in the field of nuclear energy is discussed. The dispositions of the Euratom treaty with regard to industrial property are analyzed in terms of the legislation concerning competition contained in the EEC treaty. The interpretation given by the competent institutions of the European Community (Commission, Cabinet and Court) are presented. (FR)
