From international cooperation in reactor material and nuclear fuels conference; Paris, France (2 Mar 1973). The privileged position of the US Atomic Energy Commission as the unique suppliergives these contracts a strong political character. The enrichment service determines both the price and conditions of sale. It is thus in the interest of the users to develop an alternative means of obtaining enriched uranium. (FR)
