A heavily shielded transistor amplifier with selfcontained batteries is described. The bandwidth is 10 Mc/s and the gain x 50. An output of = 0.5 V into 75 OMEGA load is available. The first version was an integral Q band crystal detector comected to the input, while the second is fed from a 75 OMEGA source. (auth)
