Shielding Computer Program 16-0 calculates the neutron energy spectrum and angular distribution at an unshielded point detector due to multiply scattered radiation in a homogeneous infinite medium from a monoenergetic, monodiiectional point source of neutrons. The events considered are: isotropic elastic scattering, anisotropic elastic scattering, inelastic scattering, radiative capture, and absorption without subsequent paiticle emission. Gamma rays born during the course of a neutron problem are recorded for future use in a gamma air-scattering program. The first collision portion of the problem is done analytically while higher order collision contributions are obtained by Monte Cailo methods. (auth)
