ISODOSE DETERMINATION WITH GLASS DOSIMETERS (in German)

Journal Article · · Isotopentechnik
OSTI ID:4837680
Iso-dose determination with dosimetry glass is described. The method showed itself to be especially advantageous regarding the favorable approximate point-like photometric interpretation of the dosimeter glass plate. The simple operation of the glass dosimeter, its unlimited storage capacity for the radiation, and the constancy under radioinduced discoloration are further essential advantages. It is disadvantageous that for a significant iso-dose evaluation, high radiation doses of about 10/sup 4/ to 10/sup 5/ c must be established. (tr-auth)
