SOME REACTION CROSS SECTIONS FOR COPPER AND NICKEL FROM 13.9 TO 14.9 MEV NEUTRON ENERGY

Absolute cross sections for the reactions Cu/sup 63/(n,2n) and Cu/sup 65/ (n,2n) at 14.77 Mev, and ratios of these cross sections at 13.86 to 14.77 Mev were obtained. Cross sections for the reactions Ni/sup 58/(n,p), Ni/sup 58/ (n,np) and Ni/sup 58/(n,2n) at 13.86 to 14.88 Mev were also measured. (J.R.D.)
