A double-crystal luminescent gamma - gamma coincidence spectrometer was employed to study gamma cascades in the Rh/sup 103/(n, gamma )Rh/sup 104/ reaction by thermal neutrons. A scheme of low lying excited levels of the odd- odd Rh/sup 104/ nucleus and of the transition between them is set up. The multipolarities of several gamma transitions with energies between 35 and 133 kev are determined. Possible spin and parity values for states with excitation energies up to 900 kev are discussed.
