Spectra and mean particle numbers for all produced particles in 3-Bev pi -N collisions are calculated according to a refined version of the Fermi model. The existence of pi -N isobars and the conservation of isospin are taken into account, and unbiased values of the phase space integrals are used. Gamma spectra from pi /sup o/ decay are given. (auth)
