ROTATIONAL STATES OF NON-SPHERICAL EVEN-EVEN NUCLEI (in Russian)

Rotational interactions with gamma vibrational states of eveneven nuclei are studied without preliminary postulation of the conservation of nuclear projection moments on the symmetry axis. The probabilities of electromagnetic transitions between rotational bands are calculated by means of derived wave functions. The results are correlated with published data, and the relation between the obtained results and the theory of non-axial nuclei is analyzed. (R.V.J.)
