These data are summarized and presented, together with adopted level schemes and properties. Data is presented for isotopes of dysprosium, erbium, europium, gadolinium, hafnium, holmium, lutetium, promethium, samarium, tantalum, terbium, thulium, ytterbium, and neodymium. 301 refs.
