SOME ALKALINE SALTS OF DICHLORO AND DIBROMO URANIC ACIDS (in French)

Journal Article · · Compt. rend.
OSTI ID:4819461

Some new compounds of uranium, the dichloro and di bromo uranates of potassium, were prepared by the action of oxygen on uranyl halides of potassium. They originate by combination between the potassium hydroxide and the chloride and bromide of monohydrate uranyls and should be considered as dichloro and dibromouranic acids. The corresponding ammonium salts are prepared by the action of ammonia on these acids. (tr-auth)
