Medical and surgical treatment of such injuries is outlined and late results in several cases are described. The healed finger wounds were particularly susceptible to mechanical trauma and chemical, bacterial, and radiation injury, necessitating avoidance of subsequent exposure to such agents. Cases of cyclotron burns of the fingers are described and illustrated, in which the fingers were saved by early resection and grafting. (H.H.D.)
